Payments & Fraud Lead (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote; multiple locations.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end withdrawal flow, including reviews, approvals, payouts, liquidity monitoring, and turnaround times.
• Monitor player activity and transactions for fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, and other suspicious patterns.
• Investigate accounts and transactions, making decisions on holds, reviews, and escalations.
• Lead and develop payment agents by setting priorities, shifts, quality standards, and performance targets.
• Work with VIP, Customer Support, Portfolio Management, Product, and Business teams to resolve payment and fraud issues.
• Report payment and fraud trends, operational issues, and performance insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in payments operations, fraud, or risk within iGaming, crypto, fintech, or another high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of withdrawal flows, payment processing, balance and liquidity management.
• Proven ability to identify and prevent fraud and abuse using transaction data and investigations.
• Experience leading or managing a team, or clear readiness to assume team leadership responsibilities.
• Familiarity with crypto payments and on-chain transaction monitoring.
• Exposure to AML and KYC processes and fraud detection or transaction monitoring tools.
