Responsible Gambling Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Support and guide players with responsible gaming concerns through email, phone, and other channels.
• Investigate customer affordability, including Source of Funds and Source of Wealth, and perform Enhanced Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring.
• Monitor player activity for at-risk and problem gambling behaviors, review alerts, and take appropriate action.
• Handle sensitive player interactions, complaints, escalations, and urgent cases, including weekends when necessary.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to new Responsible Gambling controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Compliance, and other teams while preparing reports and insights for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of Responsible Gambling principles, player protection frameworks, and behavioral indicators of problem gambling.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in key jurisdictions, including UKGC and MGA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly, empathetically, and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, discretion, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in Responsible Gambling, Player Protection, or Safer Gambling teams.
• Experience with Responsible Gambling tools, monitoring systems, and player risk segmentation models.
• Experience dealing with vulnerable or distressed customers.
