• Make key technical decisions and implement large software projects to scale the product.
• Own major parts of the product code and deliver high-impact features.
• Work across frontend, backend, or full-stack areas depending on your background.

• Balance speed and quality while managing ambiguity in projects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in North America or Canada with remote work capability.
• English: B2 level or higher proficiency required.
• Strong experience with JavaScript ecosystem including Typescript, Node.js, React.js, Nest.js, and Postgres.
• Ability to take ownership and lead projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to work with AI-driven systems and complex integrations.
