IT Business Analyst —

We're looking for someone who can walk into an unfamiliar organization, figure out how it really works, and turn that into something our engineers can build. Not a requirements-taker — someone who finds the actual problem behind the one people describe, and knows where AI helps and where it doesn't.

The work
You'd lead discovery on-site with client executives, process owners and subject-matter experts through interviews, observation and workshops. You'd map their organizational structure, processes and subprocesses, review the systems and data they use today, and dig down to the root causes of their business problems.
From there, you decide where AI and automation make sense, design a tailored solution, and confirm it's feasible with our Technical Team Leads. You'll write the PRDs, BRDs and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, create workflows, wireframes and process maps, and present findings and proposals to client executives and our leadership.
Then you hand the full package over to our Project Managers, Product Managers and tech team, and stay involved as the business expert during delivery. Along the way, you'll build the templates and checklists that make every new project start faster.

What you need to have
4+ years in business or systems analysis in IT, including direct work with client stakeholders. A degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
You've led at least one project from discovery to delivery working with a client's senior stakeholders, and taken part in at least one digital transformation project, where an organization changed how it works through new systems or automation.
You should be strong at interviewing stakeholders and running workshops, breaking a business down into processes and modelling them, and writing PRDs, BRDs and User Stories. You know Agile, Scrum and Waterfall, and when each one fits. You've used Jira, Trello or a similar tool.
Technically, you understand software delivery, APIs, databases, integrations and system architecture well enough to work as an equal with tech leads. You also have a practical sense of what AI can and can't do, including how to judge a use case and whether the data behind it is good enough.
Language-wise: fluent Uzbek, confident Russian and English. You present well to executives, can explain technical topics to business people and business needs to developers, and you're comfortable taking the lead in an organization you've never seen before.
