Senior E-content Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid ways of working.

What you will do

• Coordinate the adaptation and localization of e-commerce content across multiple European markets.
• Translate business and retailer requirements into briefs and manage timelines, priorities, approvals, and project delivery.
• Review content quality against global brand standards and local market requirements before retailer publication.
• Coordinate e-content A/B tests, align stakeholders, support retailer deployment, and analyze results.
• Benchmark competitors and digital shelf trends while identifying opportunities to improve shopper experience and content quality.
• Support governance, documentation, budget administration, new tools, automation, and AI-powered content solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce content management, localization, digital marketing, and project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects with agencies, external partners, brand teams, market teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Excel, project management platforms such as Asana, and content management systems such as DAM, PIM, or Syndigo.
• Understanding of e-commerce and digital shelf best practices.
• Fluent English required.
