System Engineer – Windows (Deployment and Support)

What you will do

• Deploy compliant Windows infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Automate post-provisioning configuration, domain joining, and hardening with PowerShell DSC, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Own the server lifecycle across on-premises data centers, manufacturing sites, Azure IaaS, AWS EC2, and Arc-managed hybrid estates.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, domain controllers, and federation services.
• Drive patch compliance and vulnerability remediation using MECM/SCCM or Azure Update Manager.
• Provide L2/L3 support, participate in on-call rotations, lead major-incident recovery, and represent platform changes at CAB.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience with enterprise Windows Server in large-scale global environments.
• Experience with Windows Server engineering, Active Directory, Failover Clustering, IIS, PKI, Azure and AWS IaaS.
• Advanced PowerShell skills and experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• English is required.
• Strong ownership, calm incident response, and an automation-first approach.

Nice to have

• Pharma or life sciences experience.
• AZ-800/801, AZ-104, ITIL 4, Terraform Associate, or equivalent certifications.
• Additional languages.
