Frost & Sullivan MetaBrain Early Careers Program – AI Solution Architecture Internship (AI)

Location: Singapore

Paid internship with a stipend; preferably six months, with a possible extension up to 12 months depending on performance, academic arrangements, and work authorization.

What you will do

• Join business-problem discovery and document users, decisions, alternatives, constraints, success measures, acceptance tests, and scoped backlogs.
• Design structured knowledge representations and retrieval grounded in approved sources.
• Connect model outputs to deterministic calculations, APIs, and tools through constrained workflows with human-review points.
• Evaluate retrieval and orchestration designs using factual support, task completion, latency, operating cost, failure handling, and access-boundary metrics.
• Create configuration schemas, interfaces, automated tests, architecture records, handover documentation, deployment assumptions, and observability materials.
• Contribute to advisor Design/Tuning and client Advisory/Simulation experiences while explaining architecture choices to business and engineering mentors.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in AI, machine learning, computer science, data science, or a closely related field with substantial AI work.
• Strong Python, APIs, data structures, and software-engineering fundamentals.
• One demonstrable end-to-end AI prototype or research implementation with clear individual contribution.
• Ability to explain how a model supports a business decision.
• Academic projects, theses, and reproducible research implementations are accepted; prior full-time employment or production experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, information retrieval, agent workflows, enterprise integration, cloud services, user-experience design, or applied business projects.
• Research, consulting, or advisory experience.
