Frost & Sullivan MetaBrain Early Careers Program – AI Governance & Trust Engineering Internship

Frost & Sullivan develops research and advisory services, including AI-enabled decision-intelligence software and reusable software-enabled services.

What you will do

• Document use-case harms, datasets, model versions, limitations, approval owners, and evidence requirements.
• Translate data-use, confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible-AI requirements into testable control objectives.
• Develop trust controls for role-based access, tenant separation, source provenance, audit logs, data masking, and retention.
• Test unsupported claims, faulty citations, bias, inappropriate disclosure, and unauthorized tool actions in controlled environments.
• Automate assurance checks, document findings, track remediation, and contribute to release evidence, monitoring, escalation, and rollback exercises.
• Work with engineering, data science, domain, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders to explain control limitations and residual risk.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD study, or a qualification, in AI, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, or a closely related field with substantive AI training.
• Practical Python, software testing, and a basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and data handling.
• Project or research experience in trustworthy AI, model evaluation, privacy, security, fairness, robustness, or explainability.
• Academic projects, theses, and reproducible research implementations are accepted as evidence; prior full-time employment is not required.
• Work authorization must be in place for the internship arrangement in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI assurance frameworks, automated testing, threat modelling, privacy engineering, policy-as-code, data lineage, monitoring, or regulated enterprise workflows.
• Research-integrity, consulting, or advisory exposure.
