What you will do
- Analyze operational and commercial performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvement actions.
- Develop and improve dashboards and reports covering OTD, QRT, revenue, order entry, lead time, hit rate, and customer feedback.
- Standardize reporting and process discipline across global and regional business units.
- Support process mapping, root cause analysis, continuous improvement projects, and corrective action tracking.
- Improve Salesforce, CRM, and other business data quality while supporting user adoption.
- Prepare leadership updates, performance reviews, project summaries, and data-based recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations management, data analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in service operations, sales operations, business excellence, continuous improvement, project management, data analytics, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience creating dashboards, management reports, process documentation, training materials, and executive presentations.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in global, cross-functional, and matrix organizations.
