Location: Mackay, Queensland, Australia; Mackay-based site and industrial project work
Salary: AUD 160,000–190,000 per annum plus superannuation

What you will do
- Manage electrical projects from initial planning through execution, commissioning, completion, and close-out.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, delivery plans, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate electrical design, engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Manage contractors, suppliers, internal resources, site teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs, variations, risks, timelines, technical requirements, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, quality systems, and client requirements while identifying delivery improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering electrical projects in mining, infrastructure, or heavy industrial environments.
- Technical foundation in electrical installation and engineering, with the ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, control systems, and relevant standards.
- Relevant electrical trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Project management experience covering scheduling, risk, documentation, budgets, cost control, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, quality systems, client communication, and changing site environments.
