Spare Parts Sales Supervisor (HVAC)

Location: Istanbul; candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Asian side of Istanbul, Gebze, or the surrounding area.

What you will do

• Conduct spare parts market and competition analyses and monitor industry processes.
• Design and implement SKU optimization, ordering, shipment, stock tracking, and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate category management, pricing, procurement, regional service managers, planning, and logistics to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Manage authorized service bonus tracking and strengthen collaboration with service providers.
• Monitor products, accessories, and equipment required for after-sales service and add them to the product portfolio.
• Support Product Development, R&D, and Quality projects while establishing data-driven reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in spare parts sales, planning, or after-sales services.
• Good written and spoken English required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Experience in team management, communication, relationship management, planning, and organization.
• Active driver's license with no travel restrictions and residence in or willingness to relocate to the specified Istanbul or Gebze area.
