Market Access AI & Data Management Lead

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts; US and Puerto Rico residents only. Approximately 10% travel.

Salary: $148,500–$214,500 annually.

What you will do

• Lead data management and governance for the Market Access and Pricing domain.
• Drive AI-ready data progression, Medallion certification, data catalog registration, and data contract compliance.
• Own business metadata, semantic layers, ontological definitions, lineage documentation, and data quality standards.
• Coordinate with Contracting, Government Pricing, Finance, Demand Forecasting, Access Strategy, Digital, and Data Engineering stakeholders.
• Oversee access controls, audit readiness, production data-asset delivery, quality issue resolution, and service-level compliance.
• Evaluate data management and governance tools and support trusted data products on the enterprise data mesh.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, analytics, auditing, or a related field in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another complex regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with data governance frameworks, metadata cataloging, or data quality management.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, lineage, access control, stewardship, and audit readiness.
• Business understanding of pharmaceutical Market Access, GTN, contracting, or pricing and their use in financial and analytical decisions.
• Experience with governance and data tools such as Informatica CDGC, Collibra, Alation, dbt, Dagster, or Airflow; working knowledge of Jira and Confluence is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, data mesh, agile delivery, and AI/ML data requirements is preferred.

• Experience with AI-ready data frameworks, feature engineering, data completeness, and semantic consistency.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, or similar agile delivery methods.
