Senior Manager, DCI PMO (Monarch)

Location: US; regular travel across multiple project sites and on-site presence required as needed

Salary: $140,000–$250,000 USD base salary per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide senior oversight of multi-site data center construction programs, including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk.
• Directly supervise General Construction Managers, Preconstruction, Scheduling, Cost Management, and EHS functions.
• Own the master program schedule and budget, reporting risks, status, and financial performance to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Review change orders, claims, and contract modifications; lead OAC meetings and key negotiations with contractors, designers, and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-project resources, staffing, and vendor allocation while resolving program-level risks and escalations.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and closeout processes across all project sites.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years overseeing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial programs.
• Experience managing General Construction Managers, program controls, EHS leadership, and multi-site subcontractor teams.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, budget and cost control, contract administration, and construction documentation across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel between multiple project sites and work on-site during critical milestones; PPE is required in active construction environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or Tier III/IV data center construction programs.
• Familiarity with DCIM systems, raised-floor environments, and critical power or cooling infrastructure.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent program reporting and dashboarding tools.
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent credential.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
