Analytical Chemistry Lab Technician (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Shift 7: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday and alternating Wednesdays.

Salary: $60,450–$116,640 annual target compensation for the US; listed as an hourly role.

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze chemical samples using titration, ICP-OES, HPLC/IC, CVS, and related analytical methods.
• Handle, mix, store, and manage chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.
• Collect, analyze, summarize, and present laboratory data to engineers and stakeholders.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on laboratory tools and equipment.
• Support process transfers, Best Known Methods development, cross-training, and continuous laboratory improvement.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance, laboratory documentation, equipment availability, and team training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a STEM-related field, or an associate’s degree in a STEM-related field with at least 2 years of maintenance or chemical handling experience.
• Experience with sample preparation, chemical handling, analytical measurements, and laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ICP-OES, HPLC, CVS, titration tools, ion chromatography, or liquid chromatography.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and commitment to safety.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Experience with ion chromatography, liquid chromatography, and other chemical analysis techniques.
