Sound Design Implementer (Gamedev): Implementing character Foley and effort vocalizations by tagging animations with proprietary game tools, with an accent on timing, sound placement, and close collaboration with audio and animation teams. Location: United States, Santa Monica, CA; hybrid / onsite attendance required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $45.77–$57.21 USD per hour.

What you will do
- Coordinate and implement character Foley sounds within animation sets.
- Work with the Audio Lead and sound design staff to implement sound effects for animations.
- Collaborate with the Animation team on iterative materials and updates.
- Implement character effort vocalizations within specific animation sets.
- Set up audio regions for environmental audio using proprietary in-house systems.
Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge of sound design and sound editing, especially timing and placement relative to visuals.
- Technical proficiency with text files, light scripting, asset management, and proprietary game tools.
- Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to define game-critical issues clearly and concisely.
- Ability to adapt quickly, find creative solutions, and maintain AAA-quality work under deadline pressure.
- US work authorization is required; the role is hybrid / onsite in Santa Monica, California.
