Bilingual Graphic Designer (English, Mandarin)

Base salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year; performance bonus may also apply.

What you will do

• Design paid social, LinkedIn, Google Display, retargeting, landing page, website, and email graphics.
• Create sales decks, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, trade show booths, banners, signage, and other print materials.
• Develop English and Chinese social content for WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Edit short-form videos and create visual assets for social campaigns, paid ads, and product launches.
• Turn complex POS features into infographics, feature guides, and concise visual explainers.
• Maintain brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and asset libraries while coordinating requests across teams.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or a creative agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital ads, social media content, print collateral, and presentation design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus Figma.
• Motion graphics or video editing experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, brand guidelines, and reusable templates.
• Professional or fluent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for WeChat or Xiaohongshu (RedNote).
• Experience in restaurant technology, POS, payments, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with Webflow, Salesforce, or similar web and email tools.
• Photography or photo art direction skills.
