Land Coordinator - Spot Lots - Ocala Division

What you will do

• Support land development, acquisitions, and land or lot purchases.
• Run land reports, maintain files, update development schedules, and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate HUD approvals, permit processing, permit extensions, surety bonds, letters of credit, and bond release documentation.
• Prepare purchase orders, weekly funding requests, coding sheets, and other financial documentation for land projects.
• Administer vendor contracts, including contract packages, insurance requirements, and vendor questions.
• Coordinate with attorneys, homeowners’ associations, project managers, and jurisdictional contacts on disclosures, HOA documents, market studies, and project design elements.

Requirements

• Ability to support multiple land development, acquisition, and construction-related projects.
• Ability to manage project files, schedules, budgets, permits, contracts, and funding documentation.
• Professional and ethical conduct when working with customers, vendors, attorneys, and homeowners’ associations.
• Ability to work overtime and travel overnight.
