AI/ML Engineer (AI/ML, Kubernetes): Designing and delivering scalable AI/ML components and full-lifecycle machine learning pipelines for intelligence threat analysis with an accent on secure government cloud architectures, data integration, and model reliability. Focus on integrating analytic tools, building reproducible data and model workflows, and deploying compliant AI/ML services within Kubernetes-based environments.
Location: Wright-Patt AFB, OH - NASIC; onsite support for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, integrate, and deploy AI/ML components for complex adversary threat characterization.
- Build and optimize full-lifecycle ML pipelines covering data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Integrate modernized analytic tools, user-facing interfaces, monitoring services, and model drift detection.
- Provide reproducible datasets and data preparation workflows for model training, testing, and validation.
- Deliver scalable AI/ML services that operate within government cloud, data, architecture, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams and support customer-facing technical engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
- At least 3 years of direct experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with scalable cloud-native applications, event-driven architecture, Kubernetes-based platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams and customer-facing technical engagements.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
