TL;DR
Business Analyst (React/Data): Delivering technology solutions for client business problems by translating requirements into technical designs and implementing data-driven features with an accent on React development, business analysis, SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms. Focus on gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders, supporting testing and UAT, and applying structured data processing and modern data architecture.
Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or offices for most of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver technology solutions addressing critical business problems.
- Analyze business problems and translate requirements into effective technical designs.
- Design and implement technical features using React and other technologies in the project stack.
- Support development and implementation of technology solutions for client engagements.
- Apply agile, waterfall, system integration testing, client reviews, QA procedures, and unit testing.
- Prepare project implementation plans and work with development teams to accurately implement business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or current studies in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
- React front-end application development experience.
- Strong foundation in RDBMS concepts, SQL, and programming languages such as Python and Spark.
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, UAT, and stakeholder coordination.
- Understanding of structured data processing patterns, algorithms, data structures, business intelligence, and data engineering.
- Fluency in English and authorization to work in the intended country of employment are required.
Nice to have
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience with small-to-medium-scale technology solutions.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Medallion architecture, Lakehouse, data lakes, unstructured data processing, APIs, web services, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Gen AI-powered productivity tools, business process engineering, or relevant platform certifications.
