Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client locations or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into data and analytics solutions.
• Bridge business and technical teams by documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements throughout project execution.
• Analyze, structure, and validate data requirements to support solution design and decision-making.
• Develop advanced statistical models and custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Communicate analytical results and recommendations through presentations and written deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, provide project updates, support implementation, and mentor Associates.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required.

• Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Argentina.
