Head of Partner Enablement (Healthcare Technology)

Location: San Francisco or New York City; hybrid or remote

What you will do

• Define the enablement strategy and 12-month roadmap across partner segments and workflows.
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of trainers with clear roles, playbooks, and quality standards.
• Build scalable enablement infrastructure, including an LLM-powered training portal, self-serve customer materials, and role-based curricula.
• Establish metrics such as time-to-value, proficiency, adoption, retention, expansion, and partner satisfaction.
• Embed training into product launches, partner onboarding, expansion journeys, and sales processes.
• Partner with Clinical, Product, Implementation, Account Management, Sales, and Partnerships teams to improve adoption and surface workflow friction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer enablement, training, or learning and development within SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical operations.
• Experience managing or leading a team of trainers.
• Track record of building a training or enablement function from the ground up.
• Experience designing scalable training infrastructure such as learning portals, LMS platforms, or AI/LLM-powered enablement tools.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills across live, virtual, and asynchronous formats.

• Experience training clinicians, pharmacists, or healthcare operational users.
