TL;DR
Engineer Senior, Network (SD-WAN): Leading the delivery and support of enterprise WAN, LAN, and SD-WAN services for global customers with an accent on VeloCloud deployments, network migrations, and critical incident resolution. Focus on designing and troubleshooting complex routing and switching environments, coordinating branch cutovers, and guiding engineers through reliable network changes.
Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual. Permanent night shift aligned with US business hours.

What you will do
- Lead implementation, deployment, and support of enterprise WAN, LAN, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and VeloCloud appliances.
- Lead branch cutovers, network migrations, technology refreshes, and network lifecycle projects.
- Resolve complex incidents and coordinate solutions with customers, telecommunications providers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring while maintaining network documentation, implementation plans, standards, and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and network infrastructure.
- Strong experience with VeloCloud SD-WAN and Cisco Meraki solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of BGP, dynamic and static routing, VLANs, switching, network segmentation, and route redistribution.
- Experience troubleshooting network circuits, connectivity, performance, NAT, firewall policies, and authentication controls.
- Strong incident management, project leadership, communication, customer, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Zabbix, ServiceNow, Aruba ClearPass, or similar monitoring and service-management platforms.
Nice to have
- CCNP Enterprise, VeloCloud, Aruba, or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with network automation, JSON, API-based integrations, or managed network services.
