What we expect
3+ years in creative production
Strong UGC cases that performed in paid social (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Experience working with creators and influencers: briefs, production, iterations
Experience building or scaling an in-house creative production
Ability to turn metrics (Hook Rate, CTR, ROAS) into next iterations together with the UA team
Mobile subscription / B2C products
