Principal AI Architect (AI)

Location: Remote in Texas, Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina; United States work authorization required. Ability to travel up to 25%.

What you will do

• Advise CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Enterprise Architects, and digital transformation leaders on enterprise AI, automation, agentic transformation, and technology strategy.
• Help organizations define AI, automation, and agentic transformation roadmaps aligned with business and innovation objectives.
• Evaluate AI platforms, agent frameworks, copilots, knowledge architectures, orchestration layers, workflow platforms, and automation solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions involving agents, workflows, automation, AI operating models, governance, and control frameworks.
• Develop future-state architectures and operating models for scalable enterprise AI adoption.
• Partner with Product, Go-To-Market, Technology Alliances, and Industry teams while representing hirify.global in executive briefings, conferences, and customer events.

Requirements

• Extensive experience advising large enterprises on AI adoption, platform strategy, automation, or technology modernization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI ecosystems, cloud services, agent frameworks, orchestration technologies, workflow platforms, and automation solutions.
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise adoption strategies.
• Demonstrated success engaging executive stakeholders and influencing strategic technology decisions.
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, storytelling, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global life sciences organizations, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or contract research organizations.
