Salary: $150,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines to improve speed, safety, and developer experience.
• Scale and maintain core infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, PostgreSQL databases, and data replication workflows.
• Build and own monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure platform reliability and uptime.
• Integrate AI-powered development tools to streamline engineering workflows.
• Analyze and control cloud infrastructure spend while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Improve internal tooling and developer environments to unblock execution at every layer.

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles at fast-moving, product-driven tech companies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred; GCP and Azure are a plus).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform preferred).
• Deep familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with observability and monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana, Datadog).
• Proven ability to design and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
