Project Specialist - Quality Assurance & Product Integrity (Apparel)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington

Salary: $60,500–$96,000 annually in Washington

What you will do

• Track the Factory Empowerment Program, including test reports, inspection uploads, and inspector certifications.
• Manage Corrective Action Plan and Root Cause Analysis data and follow up with factories on timely submissions.
• Maintain inspection, testing, sample shipment, and CPSC data through resolution and submission.
• Lead QA defect assessments and organize internal audits with cross-functional partners.
• Review inspection results, trends, and priorities with the Manager and Senior Manager.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review materials and lead ad hoc cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in apparel or footwear product development and manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of garment or product construction and manufacturing processes.
• Experience compiling and tracking data across multiple sources, managing competing priorities, and working independently.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, judgment, and accountability skills when working with factories and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with overseas vendors and manufacturers and proficiency with Microsoft Office and FLEXPLM.
