What you will do

• Co-develop team roadmap and supporting technical direction.
• Ensure new team members are onboarded effectively and support existing team members.
• Coach direct reports through productive feedback and address areas of development.
• Help the team learn, adapt, and improve agile and lean methodologies.
• Manage the team’s on-call process and be a point of escalation for incidents.
• Apply Product Led Growth practices to improve the platform through experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excel in cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and design.
• Problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments.
• Experience delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Software Engineering background with Java, TypeScript, or Python programming skills.
