Engagement Director (AI)

What you will do

• Act as the primary executive partner and trusted advisor for client sponsors and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead governance activities, including steering committee meetings and quarterly roadmap reviews.
• Own program success through integrated plans, governance frameworks, executive recommendations, and risk mitigation.
• Drive platform adoption through Centres of Excellence and structured enablement programs such as Train-the-Trainer.
• Own renewal planning, monitor account health and licensed capacity, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate complex delivery escalations and partner with Account Executives on expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations or strategic technology transformation programs.
• 8+ years of experience in a technology-focused organisation.
• Credibility with executive and C-suite stakeholders through industry expertise, business acumen, and technology leadership.
• Strong consultative selling, business development, opportunity identification, and expansion business case skills.
• Ability to discuss integrations, platform architecture, and implementation patterns with engineering and product teams.
• Experience leading client engagements in complex, geographically distributed, matrixed environments with strong stakeholder and escalation management.
