Clinical Director in Training (EX)

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year, with incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Participate in a structured leadership training program covering clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Shadow and support Clinical Directors with clinical, staffing, scheduling, and operational responsibilities.
• Review resident care plans, medication management, and health assessments to support quality care.
• Support quality assurance initiatives, clinical performance metrics, audits, and documentation accuracy.
• Assist with hiring, training, mentoring, inventory management, and staffing plans for the Wellness team.
• Coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.

Requirements

• Current RN, LPN, or LVN license required.
• At least one year of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in clinical management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region if applicable.

• Interest or experience in geriatric care and clinical leadership.
