Sr. Techno-Functional Oracle Analyst, Supply Chain Management (SCM) (Oracle EBS/Manufacturing): Leading Oracle EBS R12 supply chain and manufacturing projects, customizations, extensions, and integrations with an accent on business process analysis, technical architecture, and data integrity. Focus on designing complex SCM solutions, supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations, coordinating onsite/offshore teams, and managing implementation projects.

What you will do
- Lead Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM strategy, implementation support, enhancements, customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Support the Oracle manufacturing suite, including Shopfloor Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Planning, BOM, WIP, Cost, and Warehousing processes.
- Work with business users to analyze requirements and create functional and technical designs and specifications.
- Analyze data, validate mappings and definitions, troubleshoot issues, and assess complex business solutions.
- Manage implementation and system-change projects, including schedules, budgets, status reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate activities across internal IT groups, business stakeholders, consultants, and onsite/offshore teams.
Requirements
- Location: Malaysia
- 10+ years of experience as a business or functional analyst in Oracle SCM and manufacturing-related functional areas.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules, configuration, customization, workflows, roles, groups, and implementation strategies.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is required.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java; experience with server-side Java and client-side JavaScript frameworks such as React is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project-management, and stakeholder-liaison skills.

- Experience with RPA.
- Web application development experience using Java and React.
