TL;DR
SAP BPC Consultant (SAP BPC/Financial Consolidation): Supporting and enhancing enterprise planning, consolidation, and financial reporting solutions with an accent on L3 application support, closing-cycle stability, and change delivery. Focus on troubleshooting data and process-chain issues, translating finance requirements into SAP BPC solutions, and leading consultants through complex support and enhancement work.

What you will do
- Provide L3-level support for SAP BPC incidents, service requests, and problem management.
- Lead troubleshooting of data inconsistencies, process-chain failures, consolidation issues, and reporting problems.
- Ensure system availability and performance during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing cycles.
- Deliver change requests end to end, including requirements analysis, estimation, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Advise finance users and business stakeholders on planning, budgeting, consolidation rules, and reporting structures.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and maintain documentation standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP BPC Planning & Consolidation.
- Hands-on experience with EPM reporting, data loads and validations, and BPF.
- Good understanding of financial processes and FICO integration.
- At least 3 years of SAP BPC experience.
- Experience in an AMS or support environment serving enterprise clients.
Nice to have
- Experience in multi-country finance environments.
- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance or migration projects.
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance frameworks.
