Product Comms Lead (Crypto)

Location: London office with mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Remote work from anywhere in the world is available for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Build and execute product and technology communications strategies across consumer and institutional products, AI, and regulatory compliance.
• Own end-to-end communications for product launches in partnership with Product and Marketing.
• Lead announcements covering licensing, regulatory, and compliance milestones.
• Develop relationships with technology press and influencers and manage proactive and reactive media opportunities.
• Build thought leadership platforms for product, technical, and AI spokespeople, including media opportunities, speaking engagements, awards, and executive social content.
• Write product-focused blog posts, press releases, and executive or corporate social posts.

Requirements

• More than five years of experience leading communications programs in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or an adjacent field.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto industry and the ability to learn complex product and regulatory topics quickly.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical products through clear, high-impact value propositions.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, and Compliance.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content distillation skills across technical and regulatory subjects.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-judgment environment.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with crypto media and influencers.
• Experience communicating trading products, derivatives, options, perpetuals, or prediction markets.
• Experience with regulatory, licensing, or policy communications.
