What you will do
- Own the end-to-end localization lifecycle for assigned titles from planning through global launch.
- Coordinate dubbing, subtitling, SDH, audio description, metadata, titles, forced narratives, and marketing assets.
- Manage localization strategies, language suites, vendors, schedules, bids, budgets, and asset delivery.
- Partner with Content, Post, Marketing, Launch Management, localization partners, and Language Producers.
- Monitor quality, risks, timelines, and operational issues across long-form content and trailers.
- Support workflow optimization, automation, new practices, and emerging formats such as live content, video podcasts, and interactive experiences.
Requirements
- Typically 5 or more years of localization experience in a high-demand environment, ideally in entertainment.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and multiple production stages.
- Strong systems thinking, strategic problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, operational, technical, product, and external partner teams.
- Strong organization, adaptability, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- English language proficiency required.
