Film Services Intern (Film)

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site in the office four days per week. The 12-month internship runs from 5 July 2027 to 21 July 2028. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship.

A global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, theme park, and consumer entertainment content.

What you will do

• Support a small Film Services team working with international territories and mastering vendors.
• Coordinate the delivery of Universal theatrical films and trailers for cinema release.
• Send movie files to translators and arrange on-screen graphic replacements.
• Order subtitled and dubbed versions from London-based vendors.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain updates in Smartsheets.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction for the entire internship period.
• Ability to work on-site in the Central London office four days per week.
• Current undergraduate student returning to full-time education in autumn 2028, or someone seeking work experience after A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very high attention to detail, fast learning ability, and effective time management.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications and enthusiasm for the film and television industry.
