Swedish Content Specialist

Location: Remote within the USA; working hours aligned with PST.

Salary: $23 per hour; project duration: 12 months.

What you will do

• Review and curate written publications and audio content using SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy, applying guideline-based corrections.
• Document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead or SME with supporting evidence.
• Manage assigned queues to meet throughput, turnaround time, and SLA expectations.
• Participate in calibration sessions, team meetings, and required training while incorporating feedback.

Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual Swedish fluency in spoken and written communication, with strong cultural awareness.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.
• Basic problem-solving skills, including issue identification, evidence gathering, and escalation.
• Strong time management and ability to meet productivity and quality expectations consistently.
• Comfort with multiple tools and web platforms, plus proficiency with MS Office and web browsers.
• Ability to work with content that may be sensitive or offensive.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in content operations, content review, digital QA, or a similar field.
