System & AI Security Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Review local, cloud, and agentic AI systems, including LLM deployments, gateways, vector stores, and MCP components.
• Design, implement, support, and improve EDR, proxy, email security, and endpoint-hardening technologies.
• Assess AI guardrails, authentication, rate limiting, input/output filtering, prompt-injection defenses, and other security controls.
• Recommend and prioritize infrastructure hardening for self-hosted and cloud-based LLMs and guide remediation.
• Evaluate AI supply-chain security, model provenance, AIBOM/SBOM coverage, dependencies, artifacts, logging, observability, and detection mapped to MITRE ATLAS.
• Support risk assessments, audits, compliance documentation, identity and secrets management, and secure adoption of agentic AI automation.

Requirements

• Relevant cybersecurity or information technology certifications, or equivalent verifiable experience.
• Experience with EDR solutions such as Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, or SentinelOne, plus email security solutions.
• Strong infrastructure and security engineering experience across Linux, networking, cloud, IAM, container security, automation, and system hardening.
• Experience with self-hosted LLM deployments and cloud LLM platforms such as Azure Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Ollama, or LM Studio.
• Knowledge of LLM-specific threats, AI security frameworks, guardrail design, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as gaming, finance, or healthcare, with strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building CI/CD security gates and guardrails.
• Python or Bash scripting experience.
• Hands-on experience securing MCP and agentic AI infrastructure and optimizing workflows with agentic AI.
• Familiarity with AIBOM/SBOM tooling, OWASP Dependency-Track, and CycloneDX.
• Relevant cloud or AI-security certifications.
