Senior Stylist (6 month FTC)

What you will do

• Support the Lead Stylist with the day-to-day running of the Styling team and enrich product pages for more than 1,000 products per day.
• Lead styling across different shoot types and execute hirify.global aesthetics, shoot guides, and visual standards.
• Style calls to action and focus shoots while collaborating with retail and studio departments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor quality and volume KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Lead team development through one-to-ones, objectives, training, succession planning, and performance guidance.
• Support scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, resource deployment, workflow improvements, and departmental technology launches.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in styling, fashion photography, e-commerce content, or a closely related studio environment.
• Strong understanding of fashion presentation, hirify.global aesthetics, shoot guides, and customer-focused content creation.
• Creative, strategic, and operational leadership skills with the ability to support and develop a team.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and SLAs, managing resources, and improving quality and efficiency.
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, brand awareness, and communication skills.
• Competent Excel skills for scheduling and resource management.
