What you will do

• Test AI-based conversational products to ensure high quality.
• Monitor and improve QA processes following agreed standards.
• Promote data quality awareness across multiple teams.
• Evaluate and identify enhancements needed for AI model accuracy.
• Prepare detailed testing feedback to improve AI models.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Passion for manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution.
• Experience with API testing and scripting languages such as Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and open-source tools like Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of databases like MySQL and load testing tools like JMeter.
