CSA Turnover Coordinator (Pharmaceutical Construction)

What you will do

• Coordinate the completion and handover of civil, structural, and architectural works on a major pharmaceutical project.
• Manage walkdowns, punch lists, readiness reviews, and turnover activities for assigned areas.
• Prepare and maintain turnover dossiers containing drawings, QA/QC records, certifications, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with CSA contractors to align construction progress and documentation with turnover schedules.
• Track turnover progress, identify risks and constraints, and support recovery actions.
• Work with Construction, Quality, Commissioning, Planning, contractors, and client representatives to resolve handover issues.

Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in CSA construction, turnover, completions, QA/QC, or commissioning support.
• Experience on large-scale pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial, or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of construction quality processes, documentation management, and handover requirements.
• Experience managing punch lists, turnover documentation, and completion systems.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
