Senior PHP Engineer (Drupal)

Location: Ukraine; fully remote

What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable, high-performing solutions using Drupal 11.
• Develop, maintain, and extend Drupal core, contributed, and custom modules.
• Contribute to application architecture and solution design decisions.
• Optimize web applications for performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including backlog refinement and planning.
• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a PHP Engineer.
• Strong experience with Drupal 11 and Drupal Core, including contributed and custom modules.
• Hands-on experience with multi-site architecture and web application development.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, software design, code quality, maintainability, security, and scalability.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, and workflow optimization.
