What you will do

• Build and ship production models predicting user value, engagement, and reward behaviour.
• Design and run A/B tests for offers, rewards, and ranking systems.
• Apply causal reasoning to determine what drives observed results.
• Build data infrastructure and measurement systems for rigorous impact analysis.
• Own undefined product problems from initial idea through production deployment.

Requirements

• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Research or academic experience demonstrated through published work, a thesis, strong coursework, or competition results.
• Ability to start with vague problems, identify the most important questions, and take ownership beyond the initial brief.
• Strong causal reasoning, hypothesis testing, and rigorous debugging skills.
• Ability to use AI tools productively while verifying their output.

Nice to have

• Kaggle competition results, published papers, thesis work, or experience building and hardening a production system independently.
