What you will do

• Maintain equipment readiness through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and tool support.
• Upgrade equipment and execute improvement plans to minimize downtime and improve manufacturing productivity.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts to identify and resolve equipment and process issues.
• Support existing and new fabs while improving processes and wafer yields.
• Follow equipment custody, safety, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and support related projects.
• Coach Associate Engineers as part of fab operations and equipment engineering activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering, preferably in wafer fabrication, electronics, or electrical industries.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve technical problems.
• Availability to work normal and swing shifts.
