Develop at Ubisoft Mentorship - Programming 2026-2027 (C++/C#)

Location: Berlin, Germany; office-based. Applications are available for one location only across participating studios in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, and Sweden. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the country of application.

hirify.global is a global video game company creating original gaming experiences across international studios.

What you will do

• Participate in the Develop at hirify.global mentorship program from January to May 2027.
• Develop an individual game project based on a provided theme.
• Use C++ or C# with a freely available development tool such as Unity.
• Submit the completed game project for the Programming track.
• Receive feedback and guidance from volunteer hirify.global developers, including developers from mobile studios.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in studies or graduated in Spring 2024 or later.
• Fewer than two years of professional experience.
• Legally entitled to work in the country of application.
• Individual applications only; team entries are not accepted.
• The program is intended for early-career applicants from underrepresented genders, including women and nonbinary people.
