IT/OT Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Deploy and operate IT and OT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
• Connect, configure, and maintain production equipment, industrial PCs, scanners, printers, HMIs, cameras, and related technologies.
• Manage OT devices and assets throughout their lifecycle and maintain system, network, and operational documentation.
• Support Smart Factory projects, digital production initiatives, and the commissioning of new production lines.
• Collaborate with engineering, automation, maintenance, production, global IT teams, and external suppliers.
• Provide local IT and OT support while improving cybersecurity, standardization, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical education or equivalent practical experience in IT, automation, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting and developing IT/OT environments in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Working knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, switching, wireless communications, Windows systems, and hardware.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols.
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity, asset management, manufacturing systems, and digital production technologies.
• English required; Swedish is an advantage.
