Senior SEO Manager

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States; corporate, full-time position.

What you will do

• Develop and implement enterprise SEO strategies across national, regional, and division-level priorities.
• Build scalable SEO frameworks for multi-market operations, including governance, consistency, and performance visibility.
• Oversee technical SEO covering site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, page performance, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile optimization.
• Lead keyword, content, national search, and local search strategies aligned with search intent.
• Manage local SEO programs, performance measurement, KPI reporting, attribution alignment, and market-level optimization.
• Collaborate with paid search, analytics, content, CRM, web, and technology teams while managing external SEO vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of SEO experience, including technical and content SEO.
• Experience managing SEO for enterprise or multi-location websites.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO practices, technical SEO principles, and search ranking factors.
• Ability to translate search performance data into actionable strategies and improvements.
• Ability to sit for most of an 8-hour workday and perform the listed physical activities; the noise level is generally moderate.
