Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets (Web3)

Location: Europe, with frequent on-site work at client locations across Europe and regular travel. The role is remote between engagements but requires extended periods based at client sites, with occasional travel beyond Europe.

What you will do

• Work with compliance, risk, and innovation teams at banks, CASPs, custodians, VASPs, and regulators.
• Run client discovery to understand workflows, tools, pain points, and regulatory obligations.
• Translate findings into product roadmap input and commercial approaches with Product and Business Development.
• Present products and services to senior stakeholders and turn client needs into scoped proposals.
• Deliver licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, digital asset strategy assessments, workshops, and reports.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and regulator meetings while coordinating with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, solutions, business development, compliance, risk, or regulatory roles.
• Experience working with banks, CASPs, or other regulated financial institutions.
• Availability to work at client sites for weeks at a time and travel regularly across Europe.
• Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology.
• Professional writing and presentation skills for senior compliance, risk, and executive audiences.
• Ability to independently manage client relationships and engagements end to end.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MiCA, FCA, BaFin, AMF, or other European licensing regimes.
• Experience with VASP licensing, regulatory examinations, or compliance remediation.
• Experience with compliance, risk, or surveillance software.
• Big Four or financial services consulting experience.
• A second European language or existing relationships with compliance, risk, or innovation leaders.
