Roaming & Billing Integration Specialist (Satellite IoT)

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based satellite company operating a constellation that enables standard commercial devices to communicate directly from space for affordable and secure IoT connectivity.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical integration of Mobile Network Operator partners into the satellite IoT connectivity service.
• Act as the main technical interface for MNOs and coordinate internal teams, IPX providers, clearing houses, and other external partners.
• Coordinate IREG and TADIG exchanges, roaming tests, and end-to-end service validation.
• Coordinate billing test scenarios covering usage generation, TAP/DCH exchange, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure network, roaming, and billing requirements are completed before commercial launch and hand over integrations to service operations.
• Monitor integration KPIs and improve the MNO onboarding lifecycle for greater efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in mobile telecommunications, roaming, network integration, telecom service operations, or a similar field.
• Good understanding of mobile network architecture and packet data services.
• Experience coordinating technical integrations across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to turn technical issues into clear actions, owners, and priorities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to coordinate network configurations, billing flows, integration milestones, dependencies, and commercial-readiness activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT connectivity, NB-IoT, LTE-M, MNOs, MVNOs, roaming hubs, IPX providers, or clearing houses.
• Knowledge of IREG, TADIG, TAP, DCH, APNs, IMSIs, GTP sessions, and IP connectivity.
• Experience with satellite networks, Non-Terrestrial Networks, GSMA roaming standards, 3GPP architectures, or mobile charging and billing.
• Experience validating TAP files, managing technical projects, or coordinating partner integrations.
