Production Control and Planning (Supply Chain Analytics)

What you will do

• Manage production control, inventory control, process control, and shop floor control activities.
• Maintain SAP work order release schedules and improve material availability for manufacturing and engineering.
• Review MRP execution, reconcile supply and demand, validate master scheduling requirements, and manage engineering change orders.
• Analyze inventory usage, stock levels, shortages, material variances, obsolete inventory, and service-level requirements.
• Participate in floor audits, production meetings, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, cycle counting, and work-center coordination.
• Lead or contribute to data analysis and forecasting projects using statistical analysis, data mining, Tableau, Python, and SQL.

Requirements

• Experience with production planning, inventory control, MRP, process control, or shop floor control.
• Ability to analyze supply and demand, material shortages, inventory variances, and production data.
• Experience with SAP work orders or comparable enterprise production planning systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or an equivalent analytical tool, and Tableau.
• Ability to work in Singapore.
