TL;DR
Technical Lead (Cloud/DevOps): Leading cross-functional squads in designing, integrating, and delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions with an accent on cloud engineering, automation, solution architecture, and platform reliability. Focus on solving complex technical problems, assessing vendor solutions, responding to priority incidents, and maintaining enterprise systems.
Location: Wellington or Christchurch, New Zealand; work-from-home and flexible work options are available where possible.

What you will do
- Provide hands-on technical leadership within cross-functional squads.
- Design and deliver secure, scalable, high-quality solutions and integrations.
- Apply modern engineering practices and standards across solution delivery.
- Support operational handover, daily platform operations, and existing enterprise systems.
- Review vendor-provided solutions and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Respond to priority incidents and contribute to continuous improvement and communities of practice.
Requirements
- Experience with modern engineering practices, including cloud, DevOps, automation, and secure design.
- Experience with enterprise and corporate solution architecture.
- Experience building and supporting business logic automations.
- Ability to assess solutions for scalability, testability, and maintainability.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, documentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems and integrations such as Oracle, Maximo, Azure, Microsoft 365, Databricks, or SQL Server is advantageous.
