General Manager (Cannabis)

Location: Covington, Louisiana, United States; onsite at the dispensary

What you will do

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance reviews, scheduling, payroll responsibilities, and team communication.
• Drive revenue, sales goals, customer relationships, promotions, and key performance indicators.
• Oversee store opening and closing, cash handling, deposits, reconciliation, facility upkeep, and daily operations.
• Manage inventory intake, invoices, stocking, online menus, reconciliation, loss prevention, and product aging or expiration.
• Maintain dispensary compliance with state regulations, company procedures, METRC processes, and POS workflows.
• Improve customer experience through visual merchandising, loyalty programs, omnichannel ordering, delivery, drive-thru, kiosks, and payment options.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis-related industries.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in place of a degree.
• Experience with people management, culture building, cash management, inventory management, communication, and critical thinking.
• Ability to pass a background check and work flexible hours.
• Microsoft Suite experience.

• METRC Seed-to-Sale experience.
